1-hour Survey Invitation

This phase is generally used to screen target respondents for the research project. You are required to click the registration link above to participate in the survey. If your application is approved, we will coordinate with you to confirm the specific participation time with your permission.
If you do not meet the requirements of this project, the registration questionnaire will stop collecting your information, and your relevant data will be deleted immediately. Please feel free to fill it out.
We will send you a confirmation letter via the official email. The letter will include the preliminary schedule for each survey session, the incentive amount, the participation rules, and the questions for reconfirming key information.
During this phase, you can review the detailed information of the survey project in further depth. If you agree to participate, please submit the relevant information as required in the confirmation letter. We will then verify and reconfirm your participation details once again.
During this phase, you will receive an exclusive link sent by us.
The interview consists of two steps. First, you need to log in 10 minutes in advance and complete 3–5 warm-up questions. This step is designed to help you get familiar with the specific types of questions. Second is the official interview: all survey questions are formulated and presented in real time based on your responses. This phase usually lasts 45–60 minutes, with most questions being open-ended. We aim to learn about your opinions on a specific product or brand.
After you complete the interview, our staff will review your responses. The main purposes of the review are to confirm that there are no random answers to the open-ended questions and to verify the number of questions you have finished.
Generally, if you complete more than 80% of the questions and fill in the open-ended questions as required, with no random answers, AI-generated content, or copied responses, you will be eligible to receive the full incentive.

Incentive form mainly based on shopping cards
The incentives for our survey will be issued in the form of shopping cards. Currently, the incentives we commonly use are mainly online shopping cards applicable to the local market, such as Amazon Gift Cards, Shopee Gift Cards, and Lazada Gift Cards. The incentive amount varies depending on the project. For regular participation and completion of a 1-hour survey, the incentive is a SGD 50 shopping card.
